HERE IS SOME GENERAL INFORMATION

Please call or email ahead to reserve your space in class;
Uniform Policy – White Gis only + Atos Rash Guard underneath;
Rates are subject to change during training camps;
We require white Gi’s only with no other affiliation patches. Only Atos Jiu-Jitsu rash-guards must be worn underneath your gi, except on Saturdays Open Mat;
No Gi Classes visitors & Students are required to wear the Atos no-gi uniform;
